Our Services

“Culturally safe, trauma-informed emotional wellbeing workshops for First Nations women and female youth — with inclusivity for non-Indigenous women and female youth where requested.”

Meeting Women Where They Are

We deliver Walking With Wisdom workshops in partnership with organisations across community, education, business, and government, including:

  • Community organisations and youth services

  • Schools and health services

  • Businesses, corporates, and government departments

Our sessions are designed to meet women and female youth where they are—whether they’re:

  • Supporting others in professional or leadership roles

  • Caring for children or family

  • Engaged in community programs

  • Navigating life outside of school, work, or training

Wherever participants are on their journey, we create safe spaces for reconnection, resilience, and growth

One-Day Workshop Option

For communities, programs, businesses, or organisations seeking a single, impactful session, we offer a one-day version of the Walking With Wisdom workshop.

This immersive day provides a powerful introduction to the core themes of emotional awareness, self-worth, and intuitive self-leadership—creating a safe and supportive space for reflection, reconnection, and empowerment.

Participants will:

  • Explore how energy, emotions, and beliefs shape choices

  • Learn practical tools to calm the nervous system and restore clarity

  • Reflect on personal values, boundaries, and inner wisdom

  • Experience grounding rituals, story-sharing, and journaling prompts

This format is ideal for:

  • Youth leadership or wellbeing days

  • Women’s health or wellness events

  • Community programs with limited time availability

  • Businesses, corporates, and government organisations seeking a heart-centred, culturally safe wellbeing experience

Just like the full series, the one-day workshop is:

  • Culturally safe

  • Trauma-informed

  • Emotionally empowering

This offering can stand alone or act as a stepping stone into the full three-part series.

The Walking with Wisdom Workshop Series

Walking With Wisdom is a three-part journey designed to gently guide participants from emotional awareness to embodied self-leadership.

Each session builds on the last—deepening insight, strengthening self-trust, and offering tools for sustainable emotional wellbeing.

Across the three sessions, participants will:

  • Recognise how emotions, beliefs, and energy patterns shape their choices

  • Learn techniques to release what no longer serves them, without re-living trauma

  • Develop tools to calm the nervous system, manage stress, and restore clarity

  • Strengthen self-worth, boundaries, and heart-centred decision-making

  • Reconnect with their inner wisdom through storytelling, journaling, and reflection

  • Cultivate resilience, confidence, and leadership that flows into family, community, and workplace life

The Workshop Series is ideal for:

  • First Nations and non-Indigenous women and female youth (14–24 years) seeking guidance, identity, and strength

  • Women in leadership, business, or community roles wanting clarity, balance, and emotional sustainability

  • Organisations seeking a structured, Aboriginal-led program that supports psychosocial hazard compliance, emotional wellness, and reconciliation goals

This series offers more than tools—it creates a ripple effect of healing, self-trust, and empowerment that strengthens families, communities, and future generations.

Delivery Format

Walking With Wisdom workshops are delivered in person, once a week over three weeks.

Rather than lectures or PowerPoint presentations, each session is interactive and experiential—blending storytelling, reflection, journaling, grounding practices, and group dialogue.

This pacing allows time for:

  • Personal reflection

  • Emotional integration

  • Real-life application of new awareness and practices

As participants begin to walk with greater clarity, compassion, and confidence, they naturally create a ripple effect—positively influencing families, workplaces, and communities simply through their presence and choices.

Each Workshop Includes

  • Storytelling and safe sharing circles

  • Journaling and creative reflection

  • Emotional awareness and energy-based practices

  • Tools for boundary setting and values-aligned decision-making

  • Grounding rituals and intuitive guidance

  • A supportive space to reconnect with inner wisdom and self-worth

  • Community organisations, youth services, and schools – delivering culturally safe, trauma-informed programs that support emotional wellness, identity, and resilience.

  • Families and carers – supporting young women to reconnect with themselves and build emotional strength.

Program Adaptability

Walking With Wisdom workshops are designed to be flexible and responsive. They can be tailored to suit:

  • School holiday programs – engaging youth in safe, supportive spaces.

  • Women’s wellbeing networks – strengthening emotional resilience and connection.

  • Community-led initiatives – empowering local, place-based healing and growth.

We adapt the format to meet your group’s availability, goals, and capacity — ensuring every workshop is relevant, inclusive, and impactful.

Why It Matters

Like anyone in the world, people can go through experiences that leave them feeling disconnected from who they truly are.
Even in a room full of people, it’s possible to feel alone, or unheard. At times, trusting your own voice, believing in your worth, or knowing you don’t have to carry everything alone can feel just out of reach.

Walking With Wisdom exists to change that.
When people reconnect with their inner wisdom, their self-worth begins to rise. They learn to nurture themselves—emotionally, spiritually, energetically, and from the inside out.

Our workshops are created especially for First Nations female youth and women, while also welcoming non-Indigenous women and female youth into this safe and inclusive space. Each workshop offers a culturally safe and empowering environment to explore reconnection through storytelling, reflection, and emotional healing.

We do not dig up trauma. Instead, participants are supported to gently release hurts, patterns, and beliefs that no longer serve them—creating space for clarity, inner strength, and freedom. Within this safe and empowering space, transformation unfolds. We walk beside participants as they rise, like a phoenix, stepping into their wisdom and power.

Reconnection reveals their truth: they’ve always carried the wisdom within. Now is the time to rise and shine brightly, with the inner strength to Walk With Wisdom.
